Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Cancellations

Pre-Order Cancellations If you have placed a pre-order, you may cancel it at any time before the item is allocated for shipping. A full refund will be issued upon cancellation.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your watch, provided that the watch is completely unworn, in its original packaging, and free from any damage. To initiate a return, please use the Contact Us page on our website.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will process your refund.

Warranty Sher Watches are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults but does not include damage caused by accidents, misuse, or water ingress due to the crown being unscrewed. If your watch develops a covered issue within 12 months, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
