1. Orders and Pre-Orders

  • In-Stock Items: Orders will be processed and shipped within the time frame indicated at checkout.

  • Pre-Orders: Estimated delivery timelines will be provided, but they are subject to change due to manufacturing delays. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for pre-orders can be requested at any time before the item is ready for dispatch.

  • Refunds for in-stock items are subject to our standard return policy, which requires the item to be returned in unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in pound sterling (GBP).. Estimates will be displayed for your local currency but the final conversion from GBP will be carried out by your bank or credit card provider and could vary slightly from the conversion estimate we display

  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase or pre-order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free. If you receive an item that differs from its description, please contact us to resolve the issue.

6. Warranty

Our watches come with a 12 month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sher Watch Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
